The Isle of Skye is a Mystical and Magical place that has long been associated with Fairies. This day long tour from Inverness takes you to some of these places where you can spend time walking and soaking up the Atmosphere. The Fairy Pools at the foot of the Cuillin mountains where some visitors are tempted to swim. The Fairy Glen on the Trotternish peninsula is a lovely peaceful place with some magnificient views and beautiful walks. The Fairy Bridge where the chief of Clan Macleod saw his Fairy wife for the last time before she returned to Fairyland. The Fairy Flag can be seen in Dunvegan Castle - home of the Clan Macleod for more than 800 years. On our way to the Isle of Skye we will also stop at Eilean Donan Castle for a photo opportunity. When Dunvegan castle is closed we will go to Portree instead of the castle and The Fairy Bridge.

A fun and friendly day tour awaits! Experience the scenery of the Great Glen and the mystery of Loch Ness, as we travel along the banks of Loch Ness. We will visit historic Urquhart Castle, experience its turbulent past & history before travelling to the beautiful village of Beauly and The French valliscaulian Priory founded 1230. A whisky tasting at Glen Ord Distillery with option of sampling 3 single malts. Lunch will take be at a local restaurant with variety of options (I can recommend best dishes). We will visit Fortrose Cathedral & will look for dolphins at Chanonry Point. Last but no means least, we will be experiencing the historic, powerfully and emotive battlefield at Culloden and Clava Cairns. Our outlander tour is unique we follow the story and show you the true historic places linked with season 1 We dont visit the muselium or castle leoch due to not always been able to gain entry to muselium and you cant go in to castle leoch as its a private home and tours must be pre arranged

I have tailor made a tour to Glencoe and fort William that no other company can do this is a private experience with us We will collect you from your hotel at 8.30am prompt Sit back and relax as we start the day by heading to Urquhart Castle and Invermorriston falls on route to fort Augustus From here we travel direct to Glencoe for the 3 waters meeting point and the view from the 3 sisters one of the most iconic views in the Highlands Next it's lunch at fort William before heading upto the viaduct to get the best spot on the hill side for photos and videos of the train From here we will head home via the back road to Loch Ness stopping one final time at dores beach for the views and maybe meet the Nessie hunter You should arrive back 5 to 6pm This tour does not offer any tickets for the Jacobite express you view this from the viaduct on the tour

Balmoral Castle & Royal Lochnagar Distillery From Inverness ​ Before stopping at the castle we will stop at the crathie kirk church for 30 mins before going on to Balmoral Estate. ​ In 2025 the grounds, gardens, exhibitions, gift shop and cafe will be open to the Public on a daily basis from 1st April until 31st July. Opening times are from 10.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. however please note that the last recommended admission is at 4.30 p.m. We recommend that you set aside at least one and a half hours for your visit to Balmoral. This will give you time to visit the grounds, gardens, exhibitions, gift shop and the Pipers Hall Cafe. You will have access to the formal and vegetable gardens, the exhibitions in the stable area and largest room in the Castle, the Ballroom. Their is also a audio handset tour, which is available in English together with Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish translations. The audio tour is only available for admissions before 4.30 p.m.

This is a small private tour that takes you from Inverness down the Great Glen to Fort William and on to Glencoe. We will travel along Loch Ness side stopping at Urquhart Castle and then Fort Augustus where you can see the locks on the Caledonian Canal. We continue further down the Great Glen to Fort William stopping en route at The Well of the 7 heads monument and The Commando Memorial. Continuing on we visit Glenfinnan before viewing Neptunes staircase on our way to spectacular Glencoe. The Beauty of this itinerary is that it can be adjusted to suit your wishes within reason , if you wish to delete a place and add in another place or if you need more time in your favourite place then this can be done.
