The Isle of Skye is a Mystical and Magical place that has long been associated with Fairies. The Fairy Pools at the foot of the Cuillin mountains where some visitors are tempted to swim. When Dunvegan castle is closed we will go to Portree instead of the castle and The Fairy Bridge.

Our outlander tour is unique we follow the story and show you the true historic places linked with season 1 We dont visit the muselium or castle leoch due to not always been able to gain entry to muselium and you cant go in to castle leoch as its a private home and tours must be pre arranged

This is a small private tour that takes you from Inverness down the Great Glen to Fort William and on to Glencoe. We will travel along Loch Ness side stopping at Urquhart Castle and then Fort Augustus where you can see the locks on the Caledonian Canal. We continue further down the Great Glen to Fort William stopping en route at The Well of the 7 heads monument and The Commando Memorial. Continuing on we visit Glenfinnan before viewing Neptunes staircase on our way to spectacular Glencoe. The Beauty of this itinerary is that it can be adjusted to suit your wishes within reason , if you wish to delete a place and add in another place or if you need more time in your favourite place then this can be done. You decide what you want , this is the difference between this tour and other tours.

Balmoral Castle & Royal Lochnagar Distillery From Inverness ​ Before stopping at the castle we will stop at the crathie kirk church for 30 mins before going on to Balmoral Estate. ​ In 2025 the grounds, gardens, exhibitions, gift shop and cafe will be open to the Public on a daily basis from 1st April until 31st July. Opening times are from 10.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. however please note that the last recommended admission is at 4.30 p.m. We recommend that you set aside at least one and a half hours for your visit to Balmoral. This will give you time to visit the grounds, gardens, exhibitions, gift shop and the Pipers Hall Cafe. You will have access to the formal and vegetable gardens, the exhibitions in the stable area and largest room in the Castle, the Ballroom. Their is also a audio handset tour, which is available in English together with Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish translations. The audio tour is only available for admissions before 4.30 p.m.
