The tour begins at 06:00 hs., when the minibus picks you up at your accommodation in El Calafate. Our full-day tour will let you walk over the glacier itself and take you on a 20 minute boat trip, all accompanied by our specialist bilingual guides. Our bus will take you to Los Glaciares National Park, we will board a boat that will take us through Lago Rico From there, we will undertake a 30-minute walk with impressive views of the southern wall of the Glacier. Stay alert in case you witness any spectacular ice calving! During this hike, you will have the opportunity to admire the intense and varied shades of blue and white of the glacier. The total route is approximately 1 hour and a half, through a natural terrain of sand and stones with some slopes and stairs. The path will take you along the coast of the lake and through a lush forest with views of the Glacier. After the hike, we will take the boat again to enjoy a unique view of the south face of the glacier from the water. To finish this experience, we will return to the walkways where you will have 2 hours to enjoy the impressive panoramic views offered by this unique place in the world.

We will start our activity inside the Los Glaciares National Park, located 80 km from the city of El Calafate. The glaciers protected in this Park, generated centuries and even millennia ago, bear witness to the enormous masses of ice that dominated part of the planet during the last two million years and witnessed the birth of humanity. Los Glaciares National Park was created in 1937 and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1981. Upon arrival at the Park, we will have the opportunity to see the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier. Optionally, you can choose to sail by boat. We will then continue our journey to El Chaltén, skirting the Viedma Lake with its homonymous glacier. Weather permitting, you will have breathtaking views of Mount Chaltén and Mount Torre, as well as the Viedma Glacier and its stunning icebergs.
