We begin the tour by crossing a meadow or mallin, and then climbing the slopes of the mountain. After 30 minutes we have views of the Centinela River valley, Lake Argentino and Torres del Paine. The route continues uphill until reaching elevated fields at about 400 meters above sea level. Where you could eventually see the ranch's livestock (cows) and wild animals such as guanacos, hares, foxes, armadillos and skunks (skunks or skunks). The Perito Moreno Glacier Tour Safari Azul is the ideal option for those who want to get to know the Perito Moreno Glacier from up close. You can choose the option with transfers from El Calafate or get to the port in your own vehicle. During 20 minutes you will sail along the Brazo Rico of Lake Argentino, walk for 30 minutes through the Patagonian forest until you reach the ice of the glacier itself (you do not walk on the ice) where you will have some free time to enjoy this moment and return walking along the same path. The return boat tour is done in front of the south wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier. In addition, the option with transfers includes a visit to the footbridges of Perito Moreno before returning to El Calafate.

Our bus will take you to Los Glaciares National Park, we will board a boat that will take us through Lago Rico From there, we will undertake a 30-minute walk with impressive views of the southern wall of the Glacier. This is a whole day excursion very different from the rest in the area. The site is located in the middle steppe just halfway between El Calafate and El Chaltén. Throughout the walk you can see a large number of petrified logs that lie on the surface, some 70 million years old, some with a diameter of 1.20 m. These remains are testimony to ancient times where the weather was very different from today and allowed the support of a large and abundant flora. Occasionally fossil remains of different types of dinosaurs are discovered.

If you arrive at El Calafate in the morning or if you depart at night, the half-day program is perfect to experience the Patagonian rural life and complements the tour to the glaciers. It can be visited either in the morning or the afternoon and participate in different activities according to the time of each one.
