The activity does not include food, so you must bring your own lunch and a bottle of water (There is no possibility of buying food anywhere).

During the 3 and a half hours (approximately) of the tour, the guides will help you to better understand the ice and its environment: the origin of the glaciers and the characteristics of the area.

If you arrive at El Calafate in the morning or if you depart at night, the half-day program is perfect to experience the Patagonian rural life and complements the tour to the glaciers. It can be visited either in the morning or the afternoon and participate in different activities according to the time of each one.
