It's a medieval castle with a royal touch, that's also linked to the Dracula legend. Besides touring the castle you also get free time for souvenirs in the bazaar at the footsteps of the landmark. 3. The Rasnov citadel was an important medieval fortification in Transylvania. It has a spectacular view of the Barsa Land. We'll visit the outside garden and the Rasnov letters on the hill! 4. Last but not least you can taste our traditional strong drink at a local Palinca distillery. Find out how plumbs, apricots, cherries, pears and other fruits are distilled and maturated! We return to Brasov in the afternoon!

Ciucas Mnt - mystic rock formations and pleasant walk with great views. This guided day hike brings you closer or into the heart of most beautiful mountains of the area On each mountain there are a few available hiking routes for all levels from easy, medium to difficult hikes. Consider a min. of 4-5h for a day hike extendable to 8-10h choosing private departure on a longer route. Prior to departure, the guide will talk with you about every option and will make appropriate decision for the route to follow Starting the hike from a high point, the nearby road passes at 1135m alt. We will hike towards the peak along the ridge line. A June hike reveals us slopes full of Rhododendron - a beautiful red flower. Near the peak, there are impressive rock formations that will delight our views. The Last ascent will be all the way up to the main Ciucas Peak, followed by a descent on the other side to Cabana Ciucas. A good stop for a refreshing drink before our return circuit hike.

Sighisoara Medieval Town was first mentioned in 1191 as a town, built on the site of a former Roman fort named Castrum Sex, Sighisoara is one of the seven fortified cities of Transylvania established in the 12th century by the German craftsmen and merchants known as Saxons who were invited here by the King of Hungary in order of strengthening the Eastern border of Hungarian Kingdom against the invaders.

This guided day hike brings you closer or into the heart of most beautiful mountains of the area. On each mountain there are a few available hiking routes for all levels from easy, medium to difficult hikes. Bucegi Natural Park - the mountain look almost inaccessible from all sides. There is a ~1000m almost vertical drop all around the mountain. Once you find your way up, through breathtaking valleys or by use of cable car from Busteni/Sinaia, and you are now above 2000m, the flat Plateau is the heart of Bucegi Mnt. It offers us easy walking from Cota 2000 to Babele or The Biddies, rock formations carved by nature. Nearby we take pictures with the well known "Sphynx" - and we find out that the inner energy of the mountain is searched by lots of hikers. Optional route can take us to Omu Peak 2505m and Hut located at the highest altitude in the country.
