An experience that does not require specific skills that will allow us to visit as speleologists splendid rooms full of concretions dating back millions of years. Stalactites and stalagmites, sometimes joined in incredible columns of calcium carbonate, whose date of origin is difficult to imagine, will make the visit a unique experience. Imagine learning to cook Italian and Mediterranean dishes in our Tuscan 18th century Limonaia kitchen. The kitchen was originally used as the greenhouse for the lemon trees during the winter. Now it has been thoughtfully transformed into a commercial Tuscan kitchen with stunning views of the Tuscan hills and our lemon garden. The views from the grand windows will inspire and entrance you as you cook. After the class guests will eat lunch, drink local wine and tea or coffee surrounded by history and stunning Tuscan architecture. They will either enjoy a long lunch in the Limonaia kitchen or our stunning dining room with grand crystal chandeliers and 18th century frescoed walls. They are welcome to stay longer and play a game of tennis on our court, or visit the local village, or relax in our lemon garden. Minimum: 10 guests.

This tour includes a minivan for the transfer from or to your accommodation. At your arrival at the farm, they will welcome you with a hot drink, and then you'll walk down the vineyards and the wood surrounding the farm, looking for spontaneous aromatic herbs and edible flowers, with the sous chef teaching you what is best in the season and how to recognize it.
