This is one of the most beautiful environmental projects in Costa Rica, Arenal Hanging Bridges is a combination of trails and hanging bridges situated near Volcano Arenal. This nature preserve shelters a great variety of flora and fauna including many native and migratory birds. These 3.1 kilometers of trails include views of Arenal Volcano, crossing of 14 bridges (6 are hanging bridges), and an opportunity to appreciate the great diversity that is typical of the rain-forest. Thrill at our 100% off-road adventure on a private farm, featuring the iconic impact craters of the 1968 eruption and breathtaking vistas of the Arenal Volcano and Lake. Tennis or hiking shoes are better.  What to bring: We recommend bringing sunscreen, water, and a hat and waterproof camera if you have one, swimming suit, mosquito repellent and some extra clothes. Important: Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of the tour as we do start on time.

At nightfall, join us to discover the delicious world of chocolate where we will learn the whole process from the seed to the delicious Chocolate bar, once the explanation is finished we will select some members of the group to grind the Cocoa to make your own chocolate bar. Once finished you will have the opportunity to taste several types of chocolate such as Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate. Once this sweet adventure is over, we will tour our farm to enter the extraordinary nightlife where we can see some species of frogs and toads such as the Giant Toad, the big chicken eater frog, the small “Jewels of the Forest” like the Hourglass Frog and the most emblematic of Costa Rica, the Red-Eyed Frog. With luck during the tour, we can see some species of insects, mammals such as the sloth, raccoons and sometimes nocturnal birds.
