We will begin our descent on a downhill trail of approximately 500 m (1640 ft.) with more than 480 steps surrounded by the impressive rainforest until we reach the base of the fall. The waterfall is renowned for its 70 m (230 ft.) fall of crystal-clear water which originates in the Children’s Eternal Rainforest. With a little luck, we will spot animals like coatis, butterflies, toucans, orioles, among other species. Departing from La Fortuna (Arenal Volcano), Tamarindo Beach, Flamingo Beach, and the Papagayo area the tropical forest in the Tenorio Volcano National Park and magnificent turquoise blue Rio Celeste waterfall awaits us.
