In Eden Chocolate Tour you'll experience an hour and 45 minutes tour. A first part is held in our cocoa organic plantation where the visitor can see the cocoa flower, the cocoa trees, the fermentation and sun-dried process of the cocoa beans. A second part is inside the Ranch where the visitor can roast and grind the cocoa beans; also the conching and refining process of the chocolate. At the end, the visitor can make his own chocolate bonbons.

We start visiting the hanging bridges of Mistico park. The guide is with you to help you learn about the ecosystem.
