The 5 to 6 Days Marangu route Kilimanjaro climbing, joining or sharing or private or group is also referred to as the "Coca-Cola" route, as it is considered to be the easiest path on the mountain, given its gradual slope and direct path. It is the oldest and the most well established route on the Kilimanjaro. This is the only route which offers sleeping huts in dormitory style. Guests are supplied with mattresses and pillows, but sleeping bags are still required. The huts have communal dining halls, basic washrooms and toilets The short time frame of the route makes altitude acclimatization fairly difficult. The route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the southeast. Marangu is unfortunately less scenic than the other routes because the ascent and descent are along the same path. This 1 Day tour Mount Kilimanjaro helps tourists who have short period of time in Tanzania to hike more than one day. Arusha National Park can be reached by means of an easy 60-minute drive north west from Moshi or 30 minutes from Arusha. Despite of closeness of this National Park to Arusha, this National Park is probably one of the least visited, making it a wonderful and rewarding off-the beaten-track excursion. Arusha National Park Cover Mount Meru a prominent Volcano with an elevation of 4566 m, in the Arusha region of north eastern Tanzania. The park is small but varied with spectacular landscapes in three distinct areas. In the west, the Meru Crater funnels the Jekukumia River; the peak of Mount Meru lies on its rim. Ngurudoto crater in the south-east is grassland .The shallow alkaline Momella Lakes in the north-east have varying algal colours and are known for their wading birds. Mount Meru is the second highest peak in Tanzania after Mount Kilimanjaro which is just 60 km away and forms a backdrop to views from the park to the east.

The Machame route is our most popular and successful route leading to the summit of Kilimanjaro. Hikers sleep in tents which are carried up the mountain by porters. The Machame route is a very scenic and beautiful route, which can be completed in 6 days, however we strongly recommend hiking the route in 7 days, allowing for more time to acclimatise. Marangu Route, commonly known as Coca Cola route is more popular because it can be done in fewer days and has permanent sleep huts at the campsites. Summit night from Kibo Hut is steep and passes Gilman’s Point to Uhuru Peak. It is a shorter route with a steeper incline and less time for acclimatization it tends to have a lower summit success rate. This is the only route where the ascent and descent route is the same, thus creating more traffic. Marangu remain the best route for those who have limited time for Kilimanjaro climbing adventures. The name has almost mystical ring to it, conjuring images of a giant wildlife-filled volcanic caldera, where the big five and many other animals roam. But there`s even more – the Ngorongoro Conservation Area also encompasses mountains, lakes, forests, and wide open African plains! With the world famous crater at its hart, the Ngorongoro conservation area covers an area of 8300sq km. this African wildlife area was previously part of the Serengeti National park, but due to the grazing needs of the animals of the local Masai, the area was reclassified as an African wildlife conservation area in Tanzania. The Ngorongoro conservation area as a whole has much to offer but the jewel in its crown is, without a doubt, the eponymous crater – an area of 265 sq km, which is 610 meters deep and 19 km across. The rim of the crater is an astounding 2286 meters above sea level. The floor contains a small soda lake,called Lake Magadi and it is estimated that 3000 animals are living in the crater.
