8 Day Kilimanjaro Trekking Tour + 2 nights hotel stay.
Kilimanjaro Climb- Lemosho Route 8 Days is regarded as one of the prettiest routes on Kilimanjaro. We begin trekking in the thick, fertile rain forest until we reach the wildflowers and shrubs of the health ecosystem. Approaching from the west, we cross one of the most beautiful areas on Kilimanjaro, the vast Shira Plateau, before traversing the mountain along the southern circuit. The Lemosho route is for those with previous backpacking experience.
Overnights on the 8-day Lemosho Route will be in tents.
The camp has 20 lavish and expansive tents on wooden decks with either king or twin beds, comfortable leather armchairs, coffee and writing tables. The tents have showers and double vanities, surrounded by a veranda with stunning chairs. The main area of the camp is very comfortable with large leather chairs and views onto the Serengeti plains. There is a swimming pool and the camp is child friendly.

The Rongai route begins its ascent of Kilimanjaro from the northeastern side of the mountain, along the border between Tanzania and Kenya. Experienced guides consider the Rongai route to be both easier and more scenic than the Marangu Trail. Summit attempts begin in the pre-dawn hours, with climbers usually reaching Gillman's Point at sunrise. For those who feel strong enough, an approximately three hour round trip hike will take you from Gillman's Point to Uhuru Peak.

The climb starts above the picturesque mountain village of Machame to the south of Kilimanjaro. After passing through the Machame forest and into the moorland zone, we scramble up and over some rocks and eventually emerge onto the Shira Plateau. We then advance counter-clockwise traversing below the southern face of Kibo, climb Lava Tower for magnificent 360 degree panoramas, ascend the Great Barranco Wall, a challenging and exhilarating rock scramble, and approach Uhuru Summit from Barafu or Kossovo Camp and the ridge that abuts the Southeast Valley. The climb from Barafu offers incredible views of Mawenzi Peak and Kilimanjaro’s remnant volcanic cone.
