Arusha National Park is the closest national park to Arusha town covering an area of 137 sq. km and is about 60kms from Kilimanjaro International Airport. The Park has a wide range of habitats, from the string of crater lakes where many water birds can be watched, through the highland montane forest and on up to the imposing summit of Mt. Meru. The Kikuletwa Hot Springs are certainly one of the most beautiful places in Tanzania - the hot springs are surrounded by fig and palm trees and winding roots - a real hidden paradise. The crystal clear, turquoise waters invite you for a refreshing swim. Although called a hot spring, water in Kikuletwa is not hot, but rather refreshing since the water source is from the Kilimanjaro mountain itself. Most of the visitors arrive around noon, but we arrive early in the morning when it is still quiet. Therefore, with some luck we will spot the blue monkeys in the tree tops, before they later dissapear in the bush.

This is a package for a 3-day safari to Serengeti & Ngorongoro. Overnights will be at Lodge & Tented Camps. The accommodation will be in a self-contained rooms with hot shower. You will be driven in a specially safari built car with complimentary mineral water for drinking. Stop for lunch at a picnic site in the park and then after lunch you will continue for game drives. The park closes at 6pm so you'll have a choice of spending the whole day in the park.

Materuni is the home of the Chagga tribe and is still an authentic tribal village. This charming place is just 15km away from Moshi Town and is the last village before the Kilimanjaro National Park. You will be picked up in Moshi/Arusha in the morning, by our English-speaking guide, who will drive you to Materuni Village. Upon arrival, you will register at the village office and your trip can begin.
