Life begins for a huge number of animals in the Ndutu region that straddles the southern Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On this adventure, you will begin your first day by doing a game drive in Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant and lion populations and abundance of baobab trees. Then you will spend the night either in Tarangire or in Karatu, which is just outside of Ngorongoro National Park. The following morning after breakfast, you will go to Lake Eyasi and visit Datoga and Hadzabe villages and learn about their cultures, their ways of life, and how the Hadzabe hunt and the Datoga do ironwork. That evening you will spend the night in Karatu and the following morning you will enter the Ngorongoro Crater and witness the amazing wildlife that it is home to. Then in the late afternoon, you will head back to Arusha to your residence.

The Machame route, also known as the Whisky Route is one of the most scenics and recommended routes on Kilimanjaro. This popular route with paths through magnificent forests to gain a ridge leading through the moorland zones to the Shira Plateau. It then traverses beneath the glaciated precipices of the Southern Ice fields to join the Barafu Route to the summit. Because it can be done over longer periods and the incline is more manageable it has a much higher success rate of the summit.
