I started working as a chef and waiter in Paris at the age of 18 and then chose to move to London, where I worked as a chef for more than 10 years, and in England I had the opportunity to practice the profession of restaurant manager. Throughout these years, I have developed my experience in the best French and Italian restaurants in the British capital. Today we cook and serve dinner together with my partner, we share the same experience and passion for our profession, our service and customer service is simply unique.

During this approximately four-hour program, you can rappel, slide, and jump in a thrilling, wild location—all in a natural environment and with full safety. The program consists of 9 challenges. The highest descent is 15 meters, and the jumps range from 2 to 6 meters in height. Jumping is not mandatory; there is always the option to rappel instead.
