Experience an amazing scenic lower-elevation evening photo tour in the Rocky Mountain National Park with informative and entertaining guides in comfortable, heated, convertible custom tour trucks. No cliffs or steep drops, this is a lower altitude tour with paved roads and beautiful walks where you can experience the waterfall at the Alluvial Fan and Sprague Lake. You'll also explore Moraine Park, home to Elk and Deer.

In this class you will learn the the basics of creating amazing fused glass pieces while also make a beautiful necklace all your own! Experience cutting glass into different shapes, layering different types of glass, and firing your unique piece. You will also get to design and string a custom beaded necklace using our a huge variety of beads that your finished fused glass pendant will prominently display on. Due to the firing process, you will not be able to take your finished pieces home right away. Classes that are available for booking at 11:00 can be pick up their finished necklaces at the end of the day (7:00 in the summer season) and classes that are available for booking at later times will need to be picked up the next day. If it will not work for you to pick up your pieces the next day, we can ship your finished piece to you for a small fee ($5.00)

Inktense Blocks are a fun, vibrant new art medium that are very easy to use and incredibly versatile! In this class, you will learn how to apply them to a cotton reusable tote bag to make them color fast, as well as learn how to layer and blend the tints and shades to create depth and visual interest to your painting. This evening/night time 4x4 photo adventure takes you into the wilds of Roosevelt National Forest to see the sunset from our private 360 degree viewing and photo tower. Alpine Visitors Centre Tour - This is a great tour if you wish to cover all 3 ecosystems. We start in the lower valley and get you right up to the Alpine Visitors Centre at 11,796 feet. You will encounter breathtaking views, but remember to layer up and bring warm clothes as there is usually snow at the top year round. We get you to the areas most people drive past and give you extra time at each stop for photos. Tours are interpretive and we leave you with memories that will last a lifetime.

Pryography is an art technique that involves using high temperatures to 'draw' designs and patterns in to wood, and also add shading and texture to the working surface. In this Inspired Art Studio class, participants will learn the basics of this art form while creating 4 different wood art pieces, using Colorado Wildlife and the Rocky Mountain Landscape as inspiration. These pieces will then be assembled into a wall hanging or mobile art piece that can be hung in the creators home to as a souvenir of their time spent in the Colorado Rockies.

This is a fun project that will 'inspire' your holiday season! Using shrinky-dink and model magic, make a water-less snow globe with your choice of seasonal theme.

GRAND TETON, YELLOWSTONE WILDLIFE, SCENIC, HISTORY TOURS. On this epic two day tour of the two parks, you could see moose, bison, elk, mule deer, pronghorn, black bears, Grizzlies, wolves, swans, bald eagles, foxes, coyotes. We will present a brief settlement history of Jackson Hole, as well as geology, scenic tours. We shall hike to Hidden Falls. Stops in the Tetons include Signal Mountain and several other historic and scenic stops. The approach is the same in Yellowstone. However, we shall touch on the brief history of the super volcano of Yellowstone, that way you will have a better understanding of why you will see fumaroles, geysers, hot springs and mud pots. Tours include Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, Waterfalls at the Artist Point, wildlife watching in Hayden Valley, the mud volcano and Lake Yellowstone.

We will explore and photograph the appropriately named Wild Basin in Rocky Mountain National Park. We will hike along the North Saint Vrain Creek, and stop along the way to photograph several waterfalls (including Copeland Falls, Calypso Cascades and Ouzel Falls). Bring your tripod and a polarizer filter, and I will demonstrate my techniques for capturing waterfalls and other moving water in a variety of lighting conditions, and help you capture great silky water photographs. The full hike to Ouzel Falls is about 5.5 miles (9 km) round trip, with just under 1,000' elevation gain. For those not able to do the full hike, we will do a more leisurely hike to Calypso Cascades (about 3.6 miles round trip, and about 700' of elev. gain), which still takes you deep into a beautiful area, with multiple falls, and wildflowers and fall color in season. Don't have a RMNP timed entry reservation? No need! My commercial use permit means we don't need an advance permit!

On this tour your guide will take you to hotspots in Rocky Mountain National Park to witness the elk rut or mating season. With around 3,000 elk in RMNP during this time of year you will get to witness large herds, massive bugling bulls, and maybe even a fight or two. Your guide will explain all about the elk and their migratory and mating habits, you will also be able to learn other information about Rocky and its other animal inhabitants. This tour takes place right around sunrise and sunset as those are the peak times for mating rituals and activity.
