Before you reach the village, you will drive slowly past the banana farms and local rural villages. The people are very warm and welcoming, inviting you to their local Materuni home. An English-speaking guide will take you for a walk around the village. After a short briefing, he will guide you on a 40-minute hike to the waterfalls.
