Get picked up at your hotel in Siena (or anywhere within Siena province) & venture into the Tuscan countryside with a small group and a local guide Together you’ll visit two vineyards in the rolling hills of Tuscany, both boutique wineries specializing in Montepulciano reds. From there you’ll head to the enchanting Medieval town of Montepulciano, where you’ll visit a first historic winery with underground cellar or a family run boutique winery! Here we will have to roll our sleeves up and start cooking our meal. With the help of a local Tuscan Lady you will learn traditional secrets of our cuisine as well as cooking techniques. Success is guaranteed. Starters like bruschettas and crostini, cold cuts, cheeses and their pairing with honeys and jams. Pasta, and its fascinating world. We will make our own fresh home-made pasta from scratches, the old-fashioned way with a wooden rolling pin!
