Immerse yourself in a small group cooking class at local's home,  learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of Siena cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a selection of local wines. During the lesson the local home cook will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic Siena recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines. This experience is held by Cesarine: Italy’s oldest network of 1000+ home cooks all over the country in more than 500 cities. Your driver will come to your accommodation around 930 to whisk you off to your first wine tour and tasting. During the day we will escort you to three wineries to see the differences in production methods and sample each wineries products. A lunch stop will be included at a local restaurant with the tour continuing after lunch. If you have a preference for smaller, less known producers let me know at time of booking and I will concentrate the afternoons bookings with this in mind. Suitable for 1 to 8 people. We provide the driver/vehicle, winery tickets & the knowledge you need. Tour approx. 930 thru 530pm. Lunch stop included in the tour (cost of lunch not included).
