We have brand new facilities yet inspired by history of Hvammsvik that dates back to the 12th century. You can even try out our outdoor changing facilities where you will shower under the open sky. See puffins up close on this exciting RIB tour from Reykjavik! Before departing from the Old Harbour in downtown Reykjavík, you will meet your guide and be provided with warm overalls, life jackets, goggles and gloves before boarding. Our speedboat then takes you quickly to the rocky shore of Akurey island to see the lovely seabirds in their natural environment. (Both with professional cameras and with the smartphone) Northern lights are a natural phenomenon and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, I always do my best to offer you an unforgettable experience. The sighting is highly dependent on the weather and cloud cover, so the tour can be canceled at very short notice due to poor weather conditions. Can only be booked from September to March. Weekend tours are also possible on request.
