Skálholt church historical sites, the is next stop place which is peaceful and informative. Next, you will visit the Geysir area in Haukadal where you can see the geysers, hot springs, steam vents and creepy blue algae. Churn is one of the largest and most powerful geysers and erupts almost every 5 minutes. Our last stop takes us to Thingvellir, where the Icelandic parliament was established first in the world in 1000. At Thingvellir, you will see how the earth is ever so slowly pulled apart by the North - American and Eurasian tectonic plates and you will be able to stand where Viking settlers stood for centuries the ruling law of the land.

FRISKY TROLLS offers same stops as elves plus unique fissure cave / inside of a inactive volcano, alternative 4x4 route and on top of that you'll receive shiny gifts. Tour would last around 8hrs and it's balanced not to hard nor easy. HARDCORE @ VOLCANO this option is the most demanding. We would cover all the spots from previous options and on top of that we will visit current eruption site @ Fagradalsfjall to see active volcano squirting molten lava. Tour would last around 11hrs and it's the most challenging when we speak about time to exercise ratio. However so far all our guests at the end of this route were tired but very happy they decided to go with it This is not going to be a normal tour.

This is THE Northern light tour if you want help from a professional photographer capturing the Northern lights. If you do not have a camera then that is perfectly OK because we always take a picture of you with the northern lights which we then share along with some selected photos from that night. What makes this tour extra valuable is that we also send you very valuable high res pictures for FREE, which you can have printed large and hang on your wall, (please note the copyright and this only applies for the person who did the tour and by no means for resale). A glacier hike is a great way to experience Icelandic nature. On this full day, small group, guided tour, you will walk on the Sólheimajökull glacier tongue, which extends outward from Mýrdalsjökull. From here you will take an easy 3-3.5 hour walk on crampons up on the ice field, where you will learn more about the glacial wonderland of ice sculptures, ridges, deep crevasses, and why the glaciers are melting and disappearing.
