Learn about the tasting methods with a wine expert and discover the factors influencing the wine's quality. A casual and playful tasting class in the Bordeaux city center with 3 glasses of wine paired with local cheeses and charcuteries. A friendly experience open to everyone, whatever the knowledge. The wines and the schedule may vary, but the quality of the offer will remain the same. Children under 16 and pets are not allowed for the comfort of the group, so a private tour or tasting will be more suitable in your case.

Visit and wine tasting at three châteaux in the famous villages of Margaux, St Julien, Pauillac or St Estephe. This is the land of the grand impressive châteaux and we will visit three and pass infront of the most famous such as Lafite Rotthschild, Margaux and Latour. The terroir changes as we go up this rather flat landscape which forms a peninsular between the large Gironde Estuary and the Atlantic sea to the left. Increasing number of large gravel stones make the wine more fullbodied. We will taste the difference between a Margaux and a Pauillac. With thirty years of experience I will be able to impart my stories and experiences while we travel and visit. If there is one unique region to visit, this is it! I will include a smaller family property to show the difference and get closer to the winemaker. .

Our Bordeaux food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of Bordeaux. The tourist is guided by a "Foodie", a local "buddy" able to explain the details of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities. Get into the groove with a high-quality organic wine tasting and discover how it is made. Try one of the best traditional French dishes. End with refined chocolate bonbons from an award winning local female chocolatier. The keepsake: a little caramelized hazelnut treat from a small local family business. Once we get to the village we have 30 min to enjoy the breathtaking Panoramic view from the church balcony, we will visit two Amazing castle and learn the History and the process from the vineyard to the wine bottle.

I offer an unique excursion at the Arcachon Bay. Welcome to the tallest sand dune in Europe, you will enjoy the wonderfull view of Landaise Forest, Cap Ferret, Ocean and the Bay. The guide stay with you during the Dune and take time with each person to enjoy the best. After the Dune, Stop to the belvedere tour in Arcachon to enjoy the panoramic view of the birds island, oysters farmers and Arcachon town. A Professional guide and the driver are at your service. Finish to the La Teste-de-Buch port, it is a picturesque and authentic place protected from mass tourism You are all the time with a guide and during the Oysters Tasting you have a choice of 6, 9 or 12 Oysters per person and a glass of rosé or white wine. Despite the famous names here (such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton) this atmospheric place is still dominated by small family run places (these I call the SIPs - Small Independent Producers). We will visit 3 châteaux of contrasting terroirs and styles. I am an insider here. My partner makes Grand Cru classé wine here too so this will be an additional stop. I will delight in sharing with you the key sites and the gossip! We will have time to visit the picturesque St Emilion village founded in the 9th century (if you like instead of a 3rd wine château there is an underground monolithic church organised by the Tourist office). We will visit the small neighbouring appellation of Pomerol too where the iconic Petrus is located. Lots to see, taste and great passionate people to meet in my home town!

We provide you with stainless steel water bottles with insulated bags to keep them cool (summer is particularly hot in Bordeaux).
