Departing from the scenic harbour of Latchi, cruising towards Aphrodite’s Baths on the way to the famous Blue Lagoon where we will drop the anchors for a swim stop. Here’s a combination Land-and-Sea tour featuring a day of adventure, swimming and sightseeing across western Cyprus’ wild coastal frontier, the Akamas Peninsula. Get ready for non-stop thrills, swimming and tons of fun. Our itinerary takes in all the ‘’must-see’’ sites and landscapes of this spectacular environmental wonderland. Join the mini trek into Avakas Gorge. You will have the opportunity to visit the Turtle Conservation Project and take photos from Akamas view point. On the way back, you will visit the Baths of Aphrodite where legend has it, the goddess Aphrodite used to bathe. Afterwards it’s lunch time and then you board for a cruise to Blue Lagoon where your will get the opportunity for swimming and snorkelling in crystal clear waters.

We sail from Latchi harbour on this adventure to the Blue Lagoon and to give our trip that extra kick we have invited the Professional Sommelier Gergana Nikolova to join us. Gergana or Gery for short has studied the art of wine all around the world. On our wine tasting BBQ trips. Gery will be bringing only the best Cypriot boutique wines. All are limited edition. You can not buy these wines in any supermarket. As we sail along the northwest Akamas to the Lagoon. Gery will be in our downstairs room here you can visit her and she will teach you how to taste wine. There will be red, white and rose. Again all top quality and local wines. As family days out go, it doesn't get more rip-roaring than Jolly Roger pirate cruise. Adventurers young and old will have a barrel of laughs sailing the high seas between Paphos harbour to Ricco's Bay. There'll be plenty of activities to join in on, including limbo dancing and snorkelling as well as pirate favourites like face painting and walking the plank. The buccaneering spirit is evident from the moment you set foot on the Jolly Roger – the kids can get their faces painted with obligatory eye patches and scars included. Then it's time to go plunder the seas. There'll be swim stops and plenty of activities. At Ricco's Bay, you can go snorkelling or try limbo dancing and – if you're brave enough – walk the plank. After all those exertions, it'll be time to gorge on a buccaneer's buffet lunch. And then, to cap off your adventure, the crew will put on a swashbuckling performance. Join a small group of nature conservation enthusiasts for a full-day mission to Cyprus’ north-western tip, the wild Akamas Peninsula. Combining fun, adventure and some (optional) calorie-burning through short walks and swimming opportunities (May – October only). This itinerary stresses time outside in the Nature rather than being trapped inside the jeep for the full day.  Please note in the Full Day program enough time will be given for an optional lunch (not included in the price, extra), in the Half Day Program time for lunch is not provided at all. At the foot of Troodos Mountains lies Omodos, a charming village with cobbled streets and the Timios Stavros Monastery, home to a relic of the Holy Cross. Our route will pass through Pedoulas and Prodromos villages before heading to the famous Kykkos Monastery, founded in the 11th century. One of the richest monasteries in Cyprus, it houses the revered Virgin Mary icon, said to be painted by St. Luke. The monastery offers breathtaking views of the countryside. Nearby, we will visit the Tomb of Archbishop Makarios on Mount Throni (1,318m), overlooking Kykkos Monastery (1,140m). His final resting place offers stunning views of Cyprus and is a key pilgrimage site. Lastly, we will stop at a winery to taste Commandaria, Zivania, and other local wines.

On this relaxing sightseeing tour we’ll start with a visit to Aphrodite’s Rock, the fabled birthplace of the Greek goddess of beauty. Our path then takes us to the Kourion archaeological site. Visit the Roman baths and amble through the site’s centrepiece, the Greco-Roman theatre where concerts are still being held to this day. Moving onwards, we visit Kolossi Castle, a former Crusaders' stronghold. It was built in the 12th century and is historically known for the production of Richard the Lionheart’s favourite wine, Commandaria. We’ll journey on to the mountain-wrapped stone village of Omodos and enjoy a guided walk along the narrow cobbled streets before a visit to the majestic monastery of the Holy Cross, one of the oldest monasteries on the island. We cap off the day in style with a tour of a local winery where delectable wines will be uncorked for you to sample.

Then we will visit the local Smokehouse and traditional Jam House, where residents make delicious smoked meats, as well as unique jams from a variety of vegetables and fruits and it’s worth a try! After a short stop and rest, we will visit Foini village, where the small family production unit of loukoumi "Ourania Delights". There you can taste loukoumi which is made based on the authentic recipe of 1930. We will also drop into the local winery for a tasting of Cyprus wines and other strong drinks.
