Our next stop will be a traditional donkey farm where we will see the halloumi-making process and we will have the opportunity to taste various Cyprus bites. On the farm we will also taste and try various products made of donkey milk, olives or herbs. Then, you will enjoy a Cyprus meze (lunch) in a traditional style. On this tour we explore the island's most unspoilt area, the peninsula of Akamas. Due to its mountainous nature, and the fact that it is a protected national park, there are no tarmac roads running through its heartland. Its coastal area is characterized by gulfs and coves, capes and points, beaches and tiny isles. In the south we walk a gorge, visit the Green Turtle's hatchery and swim in crystal clear waters.
