PINEAPPLE TOUR: We start our trip in a comfortable wagon pulled by a tractor and enjoy an interactive explanation about the planting, morphology, development, and harvesting of this sweet golden fruit and eat freshly cut pineapple that is picked right in front of you. Scuba diving tour (must show proof of dive certification) in Playa Hermosa, Gulf of Papagayo. The dive sites are perfect for beginners, certified divers, and students. Night and long-range dives to the Catalina Islands are offered for certified divers. Advanced Diver Certification is required for long-range dives to the Bat Islands (Park fees are additional if going to Bat Islands).

On the other side there will be a stop in Rivas City to have breakfast. Then you will go visit the town of Masaya to see its active volcano for sunset to see the magma. Las Pailas Circular Trail (Boiling Mud Pots Trail) This 2-mile loop will bring you to a variety of viewpoints, past boiling mud pots, fumaroles, a volcancito (small volcano) and beautiful views of the volcano. At certain times of year (green season), you may even see a small seasonal waterfall. This is an easy trail that can be done within the hour. Second activity: River Tubing on Rio colorado is a fun and exciting way to shoot the rapids in Costa Rica! If you have ever been to an amusement park before and tried the “lazy river”, you have had only a taste of what real jungle tubing is like. You’ll cover about 2.5 miles of easy going on a class I and ll river, encountering up to 25 rapids with contrasting stretches of calm river currents while in a durable custom crafted inflatable tube.

Rincon de la Vieja National Park has one of the richest trails meant for nature hiking, where you will explore the biodiversity of flora and fauna, including old trees, mammals, reptiles and birds, additional you will see part of the secondary volcanic activity including gases, sulfur water spots and natural volcanic mud pots.

Palo Verde National Park on the banks of Tempisque River is one of the most important Wetlands RAMSAR SITES in Costa Rica. This Conservation area of 30 thousand acres have 15 different habitats that being one of most biological diverse sites in our country. Become the largest concentration of crocodiles and aquatic birds in Costa Rica with around 200 birds species as egrets, herons, hawks, eagles and others. You take a boat ride or panga by 1 and half hour cover with roof to shade It or in case of rain. At the end we have a typical lunch rice and beans, green salad, meat like chichen, pork, handmade tortilla, fruit juice and coffee cup. Cook on wood oven. Let me know in advance if you have any special diet or food restrictions.
