Tour duration with roundtrip transportation from hotels to both tours and lunch are around 4 to 5 hours. Walking duration total are 1 hour and 45 minutes roundtrip by the trails. Clients take a truck ride from the parking area to the hiking trail. 2 miles roundtrip hiking. Hiking is extreme and require good physical conditions, hiking shoes or sneakers (NO FLIP FLOPS). Brings towels, comfortable clothes, raincoat, insect repellent, sunblock, extra clothes and cash for extras. IMORTANT NOTE: Hike at the waterfall La Leona are really extreme because you have to climb stairs up and down the rocks and vines, streams to get to the waterfall.
