An experience that combines a visit to the Bombal Winery, the Pasrai Olive Tree and ends with a paired lunch at the Esencia Winery 1870 promises to offer the best of the Maipu wine region, Mendoza, Argentina. At Bombal Winery, visitors can explore the history and wine production of this family-run winery. Then you will visit the traditional Pasrai oil factory also with tasting of its oils. Finally, visitors would head to Esencia Winery 1870 for lunch. The paired lunch of 4 steps. First step: Chickpea humus, vegetable pickle, homemade mayonnaise accompanied with focaccia bread, paired with Extra Brut Foam. Second Step: Two meat or vegetable patties, paired with dried “Orange” wine. Step Three: Roast strip with garnish of rustic potatoes or vegetarian Lasagna, paired with Malbec "Gran Pueblo Argentino". Our visit covers the wineries Monteviejo, Cuvelier Los Andes, DiamAndes and the recently opened to the Rolland public. Argentine wines with a French touch, exquisite cuisine, avant-garde architecture and millenary views at the foot of the Andes. The selection of wineries will depend on the availability and operating days of each winery.
