Tours in Mendoza

This is a luxury, small group (nine people) wine tour of Mendoza´s fine wine region.  We spend the day visiting the very best wineries (three to four in one day) and trying the best wines in the most beautiful locations. A multiple course gourmet lunch with wine pairings is included. A guide accompanies you throughout the day and gives insights and anecdotes regarding wine and Mendoza. Many of our guides are trained sommeliers or winemakers. The tour is in one language and the wineries and region (Lujan de Cuyo or Uco Valley) differ from day-to-day as there are many amazing places to see. Generally speaking we visit Lujan de Cuyo on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays; and Uco on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Please specify if you want a particular region. Our tours are fun and casual with the focus on exceptional wines, creative food and stunning settings. The wineries we visit differ from day to day but are from a select group of top-quality producers.

Unique Experience in which the wines of Alejandro Vigil and Nicolas Catena Zapata are the stars! Our Driver will pick you up from your Accommodation and will take you first to the El Enemigo Winery located in Maipu. They will visit and then taste their wines (Linea Gran Enemigo). Once finished, they will go to the Catena Zapata Winery Restaurant, Angelica, in Lujan de Cuyo where they will visit the town that gives rise to the Catena Zapata Family, passing by their cellars and Brandi Factory. After this they will have lunch at the Winery Restaurant paired with their great wines. The Visit Does Not Include the Visit to the Catena Zapata Winery. Yes, you can go to the Winery Pyramid to buy wine from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Registered for PreViaje. This excursion is suitable for people with no riding experience and also more accomplished riders who can canter through the vines. Most horseback excursions in Mendoza are a rustic experience in the mountains at least 90 minutes from the city. We do this is through a vineyard 30 minutes from the city and the lunch is a sumptous gourmet feast with high quality wine pairings. The horseback ride is 90 minutes in duration through the vineyards of Southern Maipu, followed by a gourmet lunch at Divina Marga restaurant and wine cellar.  We begin the excursion at a stables in Lunlunta and take a route through vineyards, leafy country lanes and the dry river bed of the Rio Mendoza. We then sit down to a gourmet asado (Argentine bbq) which involves multiple courses meal and wines in the beautiful setting of a country mansion.

We fish on a fast moving river stream, teeming with rainbow and brown trout. This excursion takes you to the most beautiful, isolated valleys with private rivers. This excursion is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts. We start with your pick up at your hotel in Mendoza and we will head towards a mountain ranch in Uco Valley. We fish trout all day watched by desert fox, distant puma and condors and at 2pm we have a barbecue lunch with beef, salads and fine wines. We resume fishing in the afternoon and return to Mendoza City at 6pm. Transport with guide is included, as are snacks, lunch and drinks.  All fishing equipment is supplied. Group size no more than nine people with breakfast and lunch with wine included. Unlike most other Mendoza agencies we actually enter Aconcagua Park and hike for one hour. An extravagant barbecue lunch with limitless wine is also included. Travel the old Trans-Andean railway via minibus on this 8-hour small-group tour. With your guide, pass the snow-capped Cordón del Plata and stop by the turquoise Potrerillos lake on your way to the mountain town of Uspallata. After passing through Penitentes Ski Resort you’ll reach Aconcagua National Park. On your return back you will have the opportunity to stop and see Puente Del Inca, a naturally formed bridge over a steep ravine. It is a quality activity in which you will get to know two of the best Wineries in Mendoza. Casa el Enemigo Winery and Santa Julia de Zuccardi Winery. The driver will pick you up from your accommodation and inform you about Mendoza while transporting you to the Wineries. At the El Enemigo Winery there will be a visit and tasting "Three Enemigos" and then have the "Santa Julia Experience" lunch paired with Zuccardi Santa Julia wines.

This is an Afternoon/Night Wine Tour. Starts in the afternoon at 5.40pm Looking for our passengers for their accommodation in private transport. Then they will visit the prestigious Los Toneles Winery where they will taste their wines. Once the visit and tasting is finished, they will be transferred to the Casa de Alejandro Vigil, Bodega El Enemigo where they will visit it and then have a 7-course dinner paired with their wines. Finally, you will be transferred to your accommodation by our driver.

We begin this journey doing the international rout N°7 with the imposing view of the Potrerillos Dam. The next point on the route will be Uspallata; former pre-Hispanic settlement of aboriginal Huarpe people and now current head village of this mountain route. From this point, the southernmost of the Inca Empire, we go to the villages of Picheuta, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas and the former Penitentes ski resort. Further along our rout, we’ll come to Puente del Inca, a unique natural rock formation, surrounded by thermal springs, that looks like a bridge over Las Cuevas River. A few kilometers away, located at 2750 m, is the viewponit of the Colossus of the Americas, which with its 6962 m, receives visitors from all over the worldwho wants to reach its summit. Finally we will arrive at Las Cuevas villa, located at 3200 m. to have our lunch and tour one of the authentic villages of our country.
