My experience provides a better way to have a chance to be like a local in Arusha -The experience starts with being picked up before 9 pm and being transported to our first location for some drinks or food (vegetarians are required t give the info earlier) -the party starts here with your drinking coupons covering options for various kind of drinks. -Around 12 am we head to the famous clubs in the city where we will get chance to dance a variety of music such as the local Bongo flava, reggae, hip hop, Amapianos and other more till late night. Today, you’ll start your day with an early morning game drive after a hearty breakfast. You’ll descend into the crater, home to nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa, including the rare black rhino. This crater boasts the highest concentration of wildlife on the planet, featuring a river, multiple swamps, and a soda lake that, from above, appears to emit steam, teeming with flamingos. There’s also a forest and expansive open plains. The massive bull elephants here are known for their exceptionally large tusks, a result of the rich mineral content in the volcanic soil and grasses. After an exciting 5-hour game drive, you’ll head to Arusha, marking the end of your safari adventure.

We will first drive to the Marangu Gate. This is considered the easiest route to the peak of Kilimanjaro. From the gate, we will hike for four hours to the Mandara Huts, birdwatching and enjoying Kilimanjaro's magical forest along the way. There are several streams and small waterfalls along the way. Once we reach the Mandara Huts, we will have lunch (vegetarian options available). After lunch, we will hike back down to the base of the mountain. Going down is a lot easier than going up so it will be about a three-hour hike back to the gate.

It is advised to take this route seriously enough, to be well organized and to take all possible safety measures.

5 Day Camping Safari to Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater tours as it allows you to spend a very reasonable amount of time in the Serengeti (2 nights) and still have the chance of exploring Ngorongoro and Tarangire National Parks. You can either do the tour by land (circle itinerary) or fly back from the Serengeti to remove the backtracking.

On the Lake Duluti Day trip we will explore Lake Duluti; an old crater that became a lake. The lake is incredibly deep. They say its more than 700m deep, but it’s unconfirmed till this day. Lake Duluti is beautifully located between the green, lush forests and lends itself for a great deal of activities. From here you’ll have views on Mt. Meru and sometimes even Mt. Kilimanjaro. It is a paradise for reptiles and birds. Monitor lizards can be seen sunbathing on the edge of the lake and a great variety of birds have made their homes here.
