This is a four-day group tour with maximum of 6 clients. This tour takes you around the famous north circuit parks, the Ngorongoro crater being the highlight park with its beautiful landscapes & surreal view of the crater & it is easier seeing animals as it is a crater floor, the Tarangire being like a smaller Serengeti but famous for the many number of elephants so this tour gives you adequate time in the parks to view wild animals and to relax it is a good tour if you are really passionate to explore animals. If you are not quite sure whether you are ready for a full Kilimanjaro adventure, you might want to take one of our shorter Kilimanjaro trips via Marangu route. Only one This adventure is perfect if you travel with children who are not ready for the full hike yet, or if your holiday is too short but you still want to enjoy the trip. For those who only have six days to climb Kilimanjaro, the Machame route is the best choice because of its acclimatization profile. Compared to other six day routes, the Machame route exposes the climber to higher elevations quicker (day three) which kickstarts the body’s adaptation to altitude. However, this route requires that a person be in good shape to be able to tackle the challenging elevation gains and losses. The six day Machame variation is a difficult route. In particular, day four combined with day five makes for a very hard schedule. Day four is a full day of hiking from Barranco to Barafu. Then after dinner and a partial night’s sleep, the very long and strenuous summit day begins around midnight. The 6 day Machame route requires 19-24 hours of demanding walking, at extremely high elevation, with only 4-6 hours of sleep.

Today, you’ll start your day with an early morning game drive after a hearty breakfast. You’ll descend into the crater, home to nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa, including the rare black rhino. This crater boasts the highest concentration of wildlife on the planet, featuring a river, multiple swamps, and a soda lake that, from above, appears to emit steam, teeming with flamingos. There’s also a forest and expansive open plains. The massive bull elephants here are known for their exceptionally large tusks, a result of the rich mineral content in the volcanic soil and grasses. After an exciting 5-hour game drive, you’ll head to Arusha, marking the end of your safari adventure.

Lake Manyara is a popular and accessible park that continues to delight visitors with its diversity and abundance of wildlife. The main habitats include the shallow soda lake itself which occupies about 70% of the park, the ground water forest, open grassland, acacia woodland and the rift wall. The most famous spectacle in the park are the tree-climbing lions, which are occasionally seen along branches of acacia trees. Other animals found in the park include buffalo, elephants, leopards, baboons, impala, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, ostrich and hippos. Lake Manyara is also very popular of it’s tree climbing lions for years although it’s said this behavior is spreading to some neighboring national parks. You will not see many lions resting on trees in other national parks like Lake Manyara.

The Marangu route is one of the most popular routes to the summit of Kilimanjaro.
