Visit a winery in the countryside of Guadalajara, Spain only an hour from our meeting point in Madrid. We visit a gorgeous family owned winery surrounded by vineyards where I provide a complete private tour of the winery, vineyards, fermentation room, barrel room, bottling room and all the grounds. On a lucky day we may be able to hang out with the local deer that come up to you and let you pet them, such a treat! (See photos) We finish our tour in their tasting room for our private wine tasting accompanied by local meats and cheeses. This family has owned this winery since 1998 and is now currently run by the owner's two sons. After our winery tour we visit the neighboring village where we enjoy a traditional lunch accompanied by more wine!
