Volunteer at an Orphanage, visit Maasai Mara Game Reserve and Lake Nakuru National Park. This is a 2-Week Program designed with the concept of volunteer work, cultural immersion and game-viewing. You will meet local people as you volunteer and impact other people’s lives positively. Volunteers begin the first stage of their program by serving some of the most underprivileged and abandoned children in Kenya who need care and love. As you spend your time and energy in this program, you will indeed realize how it’s a noble endeavor, as you provide hope for a better world for these children. In the second phase of the program we provide an opportunity to join a group to explore the grand country of the Maasai Mara game reserve and Lake Nakuru National Park.

The park is located 15 minutes from downtown city center of City. It was established in 1945 as the first National Park in Kenya. It is 44 square miles in size and much to everyone's surprise, all the wildlife are free ranging. Within the Nairobi National Park's 117 square kilometers, there are over 80 species of mammals and more bird species than can be found in the whole of the British Isles.

This Safari will start off with a journey to the beautiful Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley which offers spectacular views. On arrival at the Masai Mara Park we will spend our time in search of the wildlife that makes this one of Africa's premier National Parks. The Masai Mara is especially famous for its Large Cat population and also the fact that it plays an integral role in the Wildebeest Migration, wildlife spectacular like none other on earth.

Kenya area, the park hosts a variety of game including the big 5.It is the only place in Kenya hosting a chimpanzee sanctuary under the Jane Godwall trust, there is also an impressive and elaborate white and black rhino sanctuary. It is important to note that olpejeta was the home of the last male northern white rhino. Accommodation at olpejeta is at the sweetwaters tented camp,olpejeta house and the pelican house.Game drives are relatively easy with a high probability of spotting all of the big five. Mt.Kenya forms a beautiful backdrop on the horizon especially during early morning and evening. The Ngong Hills are peaks in a ridge along the Great Rift Valley, located southwest near Nairobi, in southern Kenya. The word "Ngong" is an Anglicization of a Maasai phrase "enkong'u emuny" meaning rhinoceros spring, and this name derives from a spring located near Ngong Town. The Ngong Hills, from the eastside slopes, overlook the Nairobi National Park and, off to the north, the city of Nairobi. The Ngong Hills, from the westside slopes, overlook the Great Rift Valley dropping over 1,000 m (3,281 ft) below, where Maasai villages have been developed. The peak of the Ngong Hills is at 2,460 m (8,071 ft) above sea level.
