Meru National Park is wild and beautiful. Straddling the equator and bisected by 13 rivers and numerous mountain-fed streams, it is an especially beautiful area of Kenya. The safari begins with pick up from Nairobi at a central location (Muindi Mbingu Street) or pick up from hotels within the Nairobi CBD or westlands area near the highway for easy pick up. It is the most unique park situated on the banks of Ewaso Ng'iro river , well known for special 5 that are rearly found on other parks this are the Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Grevy zebra, Gerenuk antelope and Somali ostrich, its also home to popular of close to 900 elephants.
