Our cooking class was opened in 2023 at Tokyo. The theme is “Japanese Food” and “Experience”. There are many various type of sushi in Japan. This cooking class takes about 2 hours. First one hour, you can learn about sushi history and make Maki Sushi (Roll Sushi) and Nigiri Sushi. After one hour, you can eat sushi you make yourself. We'll spend the majority of the time in the Yurakcho / Shimbashi area as this is one of my most favourite places to shoot street photography. If we book the evening tour (after 17:00) on weekdays you'll get the unique salaryman experience you won't find any where else in the world and we can dive into the topics of Japanese work and life culture and what makes this particular area as well as several areas like it thrive.
