Note: We are not allowed to enter the wholesale market in the newly built Toyosu market. The food tastings are served in the old Tsukiji outer market. Our cooking class was opened in 2023 at Tokyo. The theme is “Japanese Food” and “Experience”. There are many various type of sushi in Japan. This cooking class takes about 2 hours. First one hour, you can learn about sushi history and make Maki Sushi (Roll Sushi) and Nigiri Sushi. After one hour, you can eat sushi you make yourself. After eating, you can take photos with a landmark spot in Asakusa, Tokyo as well. We conduct whole lesson in English. The local staff who have experienced all over the world will host with great entertainment. It's sure to be unforgettable memory of your spending in Tokyo. Our cooking class is located in Asakusa. Kamakura (鎌倉) is a coastal city in Kanagawa Prefecture, an hour south of Tokyo. The city became the political center of Japan, when Minamoto Yoritomo chose it as the seat of its new military government at the end of the 12th century. The Kamakura government continued to rule Japan for more than a century, first under the Minamoto shogun and then under the Hojo rulers. In this tour we will have the opportunity to know the importance that the city had as a political capital and the legano that it left. A tour that mixes tradition, religious places, streets with a lot of life and commercial activity as well as the most exquisite Japanese culture such as Zen gardens, or the most typical Kamakura dish in an authentic place.

We will watch sumo training, and visit museum in Ryogoku, Sensoji in Asakusa, and walking tour in Shibuya with incredibly reasonable price! However the course may vary depending on condition, for example sumo training may be closed during games, so in that case we will go to fish market.
