Feel the dough come to life as you knead and mix it by hand, experiencing the transformation in texture firsthand. While the pasta rests, you and Ariella will craft a seasonal sauce using local and organic ingredients. In winter, savor the flavors of funghi or pumpkin, while summer brings the freshness of cherry tomatoes and basil. As the pasta is stretched and prepared for cooking, Ariella will demonstrate two methods for achieving the perfect texture. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at it, gaining a true understanding of the process. Finally, come together to cook and enjoy your handmade pasta creation, paired with local wines and a decadent homemade tiramisu. We look for maximum expressiveness from our wines. In the glass we want you to find a little bit of us, of our character, of our history. Nice is Barbera, our great love! Nice is also a “core zone” of the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato territory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015 and represents the most pristine and authentic part of it. Nice, its products and its territory are definitely worth the trip!

Ideal on hot summer days (we will touch 700 m altitude), this tour will climb through the vineyards between the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco but touching "Alta Langa", famous for hazelnut cultivation. We will visit typical villages off DA tourist routes, in a "langa" yet to be discovered. You can taste hazelnut products, such as spreads and pastries, through one of the most beautiful scenic routes in the area that will surely leave you speechless! Starting DA Alba, the capital of the Langhe, the route is about 43 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 860 meters, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. The route is almost entirely on asphalt with the possibility of parts on dirt, intermediate level and safe for everyone. Note: After lunch, the return route is almost totally downhill to Alba, so DA does not get too tired during the afternoon.

With this unique experience you will have the chance to paint with a local artist in her "bottega" in the heart of the Langhe, discovering her secrets and learning this unique technique: how to pour wine on paper making ART!!!   How it begins the creative process that produces the final work of art starting from a simple stain, respecting nature and underlining the uniqueness of color of wine.

The take-off point as for any hot air balloon flight is chosen based on the direction of the wind, with the aim of passing over or near Mondovì. Tradition has it that everyone tries to pass over or as close as possible to the Belvedere Civic Tower which overlooks the city and then descends and lands on one of the many grass fields that surround Mondovì.
