Together with your host you will: - Learn the fundamentals of wine tasting in order to detect, understand and enjoy its different notes and aromas. - Taste 6 different regional wines: Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Roero Arneis, Chardonnay, Brachetto d'Acqui, Malvasia (or similar wines). The wines will be paired with local specialties, carefully chosen to complement the flavours: a table of cold cuts and cheese or vegetarian appetizers. The route is about 39 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 930 meters, therefore suitable for moderately trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or he will change the route to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

The take-off point as for any hot air balloon flight is chosen based on the direction of the wind, with the aim of passing over or near Mondovì.
