We are going to visit Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. We are in Canelli, we will travel on paved secondary roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain your surroundings so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region. The route is about 39 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 930 meters, therefore suitable for moderately trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or he will change the route to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

The tour will start from our tasting room to welcome you in the best possible way. From here we will trace the history of Cantina Moscone with a focus on the vineyards and the surrounding area. Then the tour route will allow us to understand and observe the production techniques of our wines. “The Dosman” is our take it easy. A dynamic and versatile tasting, great as an aperitif or for a simple break from the world.

An enchanting day awaits you among the rows of vines, with the collection of a picnic basket and an exclusive itinerary that will lead you to the majestic giant benches of the area. Our proposal includes a refined vintage picnic basket, filled with local specialties: fine cheeses, selected cold cuts, tasty appetizers, fresh bread, a delicious dessert, water and a bottle of wine for each couple. We will provide the picnic basket and a detailed map. All you have to do is dedicate a free day and bring a camera to immortalize the magical moments. The rest will be taken care of by the wonderful landscape and the imposing giant benches that dot the hills of the Langhe, creating a unique and evocative atmosphere.

Join an immersive experience, ideal for enthusiasts and the curious. Led by a local expert with over 10 years of experience, you will visit two exceptional wineries in the Barolo and Barbaresco areas, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, meeting the producers and tasting their wines. This is not a simple tour, but an authentic experience that connects you with the soul of the region. The lunch break will be held in a traditional Osteria, where you can savor local culinary specialties (cost not included). Transportation from Canelli, Neive and Alba is included.

The vineyard is in one of the highest municipalities in the Alta Langa: Cissone, at 650m above sea level. The height and the mountain climate allow us to achieve an extraordinary result: at the time of harvest (end of August - September) the grapes reach a degree of maturity combined with an exceptional freshness that would be impossible to obtain at lower altitudes. The result? Complex wine and at the same time soft, creamy, very pleasant! We are in no hurry: we let our Classic Method refine for at least 40 months on its yeasts at a controlled temperature. Only at the moment we deem optimal do we put it on the market. We thus manage to obtain a rich straw yellow colour, a fine perlage, complex aromas of aromatic herbs and ripe fruit, a long persistence on notes of sweet almond.
