Every year in Piedmont, the Alba White Truffle Fair celebrates its famous white truffle. Enjoy a guided tour in the fascinating medieval center of Alba. Afterwards, discover the sights and smells of the Alba White Truffle market in the capital of the famous Barolo Region. Explore the fair with a special “skip-the-line” entrance, meet all the exhibitors, and learn about the history of the truffle.

Langhe is a kingdom of good wine and fabulous food. You can visit this area for its smooth and romantic hills, or for Barolo and local delicacies,... or both of them, of course! The experience takes place in the home of a local professional Wine Taster from ONAV (the Italian Association of Wine Tasters). Together with your host you will: - Learn the basic techniques of wine tasting in order to detect and enjoy its different notes and aromas - Taste 3 different regional wines and discover their characteristics. The tasting session includes: Dolcetto, Roero Arneis, Malvasia (or similar wines). The wine tasting will be paired with savory regional food: a table of cold cuts and cheese or vegetarian appetizers. Of course, if you do not finish the wine during the tasting session, don’t worry... You can take it back home and enjoy it afterwards! As this experience is private, you will have the time to ask all the information you would like to have in a lively and authentic atmosphere.

We look for the maximum expression from our wines. In the glass we want you to be able to also find a little of us, of our character, of our history. Nice is the Barbera, our great love! Nice is also a "core zone" of the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato territory, a UNESCO heritage site since 2015 and represents its most pristine and authentic part. Nice, its products and its territory are certainly worth the trip!

We will visit the Langhe, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. A few kilometers away from Alba, we will travel along little-traveled routes, on dirt and asphalt roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region. The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 640 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The dirt route is of intermediate level and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty in tackling the parts on dirt road, the guide will show you how to do it safely, or he will change the route to asphalt to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

THE ITINERARY: After you become familiar with your Segway® over the training phase, you will be led through the streets of the historic center of Alba and up the hill to the surrounding hills to admire the striking view of the city and the beautiful landscapes of Langhe hills. It's a great way to get a tour of Alba and vineyards surrounding the town. The last 30-40 minutes will be dedicated to returning to the town. It's an ecological and technological approach to getting around, which is at the same time, an unforgettable and enjoyable experience, and a sure way to appreciate the landscape and vineyards. During this class you will make, bake & then eat your own home-baked pizza from Ariella's antique wood-burning oven. With this unique experience you will have the chance to paint with a local artist in her "bottega" in the heart of the Langhe, discovering her secrets and learning this unique technique: how to pour wine on paper making ART!!!   How it begins the creative process that produces the final work of art starting from a simple stain, respecting nature and underlining the uniqueness of color of wine. After the lesson you will enjoy a typical Italian "Aperitivo" in a nearby wine shop. More than a simple drink, the aperitif is the quintessence of the Italian lifestyle, a friendly moment spent in good company to relax in front of a good glass of excellent wine accompanied by delicious snacks.
