In Framura, we will visit a defensive and panoramic tower dating back 1500 years. Here, we will also make a coffee stop in a typical hamlet. Then, we will go down to sea level, where we will take the 'Mare e Monti' cycle path (an old railway route). The route offers breathtaking views of the sea on this beautiful stretch of coast. After passing through the village of Bonassola, we will reach a panoramic point in Bonassola Bay, the Madonnina della Punta, a chapel dating back 400 years.
