We will travel to the the Children’s Railway on the scenic, hillside cogwheel railway. At the station we’ll visit an exhibition about the history of the railway and see how children take all the responsibility for running the service. Having bought the tickets (your children can buy them if they like) we’ll go on a joy ride on the open-sided (in summer) train running through the woods of this national park, and you can see how the children run the system. We will get off at the fourth stop and take a short walk through the woods to the Erzsébet Lookout Tower on János Hill to have a unsurpassed views of the whole city. After an ice-cream break we’ll come back down to the city on the panoramic two-seater chairlift, another popular attraction for locals and visitors alike.
