Departing from the port of Naxos and after 45 minutes of travel, the boat arrives to the island of Delos, a “floating” archaeological site dedicated to god Apollo. On Delos the entrance fee is 12,00 euro per person. With a 3 hour stop, visitors have the time to admire the unique archaeological site. Half an hour away is the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos. A four hours stay gives the opportunity to walk through the beautiful streets, visit the famous “Little Venice” and enjoy a stroll through the shops on the island.

We start our trip from Kalantos leaving behind the gold sand, heading East to Rina’s cave. We paddle in a relaxed pace exploring the interesting geology of the area, the pure Cycladic scenery and the turquoise water. Along the way we stop off at small beaches ideal for swimming, snorkeling and cliff jumping away from the crowds, and enjoy the personalized attention of the guide on a small-group tour. Duration of Kalantos Sea Kayak Day Trip is approximately five hours, two and a half hours of total paddling and another two and a half hours on the beaches, swimming, snorkeling and having snacks and coffee. Our walk begins with a pleasant stroll along the coast before exploring the winding streets of the Castle and the walled fortresses of the ruling Dukes. Discover Naxos history as climbing up the hill and travel back in time to the Middle Ages, strolling with your guide through the alleyways to marvel at the Venetian impact on the town. You’ll pass loggias and the coats of arms of the Dukes, which are still visible on the marble doorways. From the noble quarters of the Medieval palace, we stroll down to the vibrancy of the Old Town with colourful shops, bars and taverns. Along the way, we stop at picture-perfect settings offering amazing views, for photography. As we reach the waterfront, glimmers of light reflect the awesome myth of the Minotaur of Crete and marriage of Ariadne with the god Dionysus on the island. The inspirational walk ends at the famous ‘Portara’, of the Temple of Apollo, where you will experience a sensational sunset over the blue Aegean Sea.

Rina's Cave and Koufonisia are the perfect destinations for swimming , fun and relax! We ll sail along Naxos West coast and in approx 1,5h we ll reach Rina 's Cave. We ll stop there for 1 hour where you can swim in the cave ,dive from above if you are adventurous enough,step at the nearby pebble beach with the unique water spring is located.It s a magnificent place approachable only by sea! Next stop will be Kato Koufonisi and we ll have a splendid bbq lunch break wih a variety of delicacies ,home made by local naxian products and plenty of options for vegeterians/vegans accompanied with local wine, water and soft drinks. Next stop will be Ano Koufonissi for a 2hour stop,where you ll be free on your own to stroll in the village,swim at the nearby beaches or get at low cost a sea taxi to take you for a brief visit to other beaches. We 'll depart at approx 17.15 and we ll be back at Agia Anna s port at 19:00

At a distance of 7 km from the Town of Naxos and 2 km from area “Gerontoelia” of “Adisaros” (which claims the title of the oldest olive tree in the world), on a hill is the farm of Giannis, the Farm Experience, as his wife Katerina persuaded him to call it. A farm, which passed from generation to generation to reach Giannis!

Come to our beautiful garden that has been in my family for generations. I will introduce you to the basic of creating mosaics using all natural crystalline marble and granite pebbles collected from the local beaches of Naxos just as the Ancient used to. Design inspiration may come from archaic motifs. Work from our samples or bring your own ideas. Alternatively learn hand carving of marble and sculpture techniques. I will provide a worktable, a block of Naxos white marble for practice, a small stone for a relief carving, safety glasses, hand tools, hammer, files, sandpaper. Enjoy fresh lemonade, coffee or tea, and sample of the fresh fruits from the garden. Everyone takes their finished relief carving or mosaic with them.
