One of the biggest monuments of Naxos island is the Venetian Castle located in the center of Naxos town.
Built by the Venetian explorer Marco I Sanoudo around 1207 AD, the Castle is still standing today and it’s one of the most imposing, classic preserved areas of the Island. The tour starts at the beautiful, sandy beach of Kalandos! After an equipment check and safety briefing by your certified guide, you’ll be ready to go! You’ll be paddling a distance of about 8 km. Along the way, the view from the neighboring Cycladic islands is breathtaking! We’ll make stops at tiny sea coves where we’ll stop to swim.
You will paddle among awesome geological formations along the coastline until you reach the most impressive of them all: Rhina Cave with its ceiling of miniature stalactites and its inviting beach nearby!
Rhina Cave’s pristine, secluded beach invites you to relax. We'll make a stop at the beach for about 30-40 min. Your guide will prepare for you delicious snacks. All you have to do is just sit back and enjoy, or swim, snorkel and explore the rich marine life of the area!
Then back to our kayaks to head back to the starting point at Kalandos Beach.

This tour is a small group only tour ( we don't take more than 10 customers onboard!).
We will sail along Naxos West Coast and after a 2 hours pleasant sailing before reaching Alimia Beach , the captain will stop at the wreck of a Wold War 2 airplane! There you will have time for photos and diving.
Next stop will be Karvounolakos, another one of Iraklia's unique beaches. It is located in a small bay with green and blue water. If you are lucky enough you will find goats there enjoining the sun.
Following stop is Fidou in Schinoussa , a sandy beach without trees for shade but with an inviting seabed and turquoise waters , there we will stop for 2 hours and we will have a BBQ lunch break with a variety of delicacies , with local wine, water and soft drinks.
Last but not least stop will be Agios Georgios in Iraklia for a 2 hour stop. Where you can either swim or or stroll around the village.
