Your guide will meet you right by the entrance of the site, and will start ascending with you to the top of the hill, finding the best spots on the way up to stop and help you visualize the Golden Age of Pericles which was when most of the monuments on the hill were built.  Greek people love nightlife! They often have dinner late at night, and then drink, sing, and dance until the morning hours. Take our “Athens by Night” tour and experience the real Athenian nightlife. Fun fact: Kefi it’s a Greek word, which can’t be translated in any other language. We start our day from central Athens with a short bus tour around the main sights of the city of Athens. We continue the tour heading south until we reach the Isthmus of Corinth where we have a short stop to admire the Corinth Canal that connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. After this short break we head towards the archaeological site of Nemea to explore the ancient Stadium and the museum. Continuing our tour we visit a winery of Nemea where we have the chance to meet with expert oenologists and learn about the wine making tradition of the region. Today local estates have revived the wine tradition of Nemea, cultivating the old indigenous varieties but also adding new ones. We will then visit the town of Nafplio, which is beautifully located seaside and has a rich history. Here we will enjoy a lunch and then return to Athens.

The tour starts with a visit to the sacred Acropolis hill. Passing through the monumental Propylaia you will be standing in front of the Parthenon enjoying a panoramic view of the city. Next comes the temple of Zeus, the largest temple in the country built for the king of the Olympian Gods, and then a small stop at the stadium of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Before we leave Athens we will stop for the changing of the guard and the tomb of the Uknown Soldier. Our day continues with a drive to Ancient Corinth. Following the national highway, we will get to the impressive Corinth Canal for a small stop to enjoy the view.A few more minutes driving and we will get to the cute village of Ancient Corinth. You will be hungry by then so we will have a break to enjoy an authentic Greek launch and then will visit the site of Corinth. You will have the opportunity to explore the Museum and the Archaeological site of Ancient Corinth and lastly you will end up at the bema of St. Paul
