From 1870 to 1945, Alsace was a major war zone between France and Germany. Through this circuit, we will discover the history of Alsatians once German, once French. We will discover remnants of these wars and will make a visit to Struthof (concentration camp at 900 meters altitude), concentration camp of Nazi Germany. I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines.
Tasting begins in the wine space. This is followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels: unique in France...
Then we continue the tasting in our tearoom area with a "gourmet wine": several glasses paired with sweet and salty treats: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis.
You can also choose not to register the children, and have them choose a snack on the spot! Children can choose directly on the spot!

I welcome to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines. We'll watch a video explaining how Alsace wines are made. I'll then take you on a tour of the family cellar, which dates back to 1850, to see the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines.
We have a scenographic area in the cellar with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels - the only one of its kind in France. This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard... But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180°.
We'll finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a soup, a mixed board (cheese, fish and charcuterie), an Alsatian dessert and coffee/tea. A vegetarian version is also available, but please let us know in advance.
