Then, a visit to Ruca Malen, a very contemporary winery where we will be able to taste its wines while admiring an impressive view of the Andes Mountains. To finish, the idea is to go to the renowned Norton winery, where we will visit the largest wine cellar in South America and, at the end, we will share an exquisite four-course menu with food and wine pairing.

"Pampa de Canota" is one of the most beautiful places to practice Mountain Bike in Mendoza. Still, it's a place difficult to arrive. The landscape is enormous and also dangerous if you don't know the place because there are no towns kilometers around. That is also the magic of this place. The nature trails, downhills of more than 20km long and the chance to meet the wildlife (guanacos, foxes, condor) turns this place in the ideal place to practice Mountain Bike in a conscious and responsible way.

From the summit, you will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Cordón del Plata Park, with its imposing hills and the beauty of Potrerillos. Additionally, I invite you to explore the Vallecitos area, which was once home to an exciting ski resort. Although it has disappeared due to the lack of snow, we can still find vestiges of its past, such as old chairlifts, machinery and hotels that transport us back in time. Immerse yourself with me in this enclave where adventurers from all over the world come to train and acclimatize before climbing Aconcagua. It is the perfect place to prepare and conquer new peaks.

We headed by route 40 south until we reached the Villa 25 de Mayo, about 240 km from Mendoza City. We will transit until we reach the Los Reyunos levee, with its movie views. Along the way we can observe “geoforms” of unrivalled beauty until we reach the town of Valle Grande, where you will have time to have lunch and practice some adventure tourism activity (optional). Finally we set out on our way back, crossing the central radius of the city of San Rafael.
