Olympic Park - 1.5 hours
Our first stop is visiting the Olympic Park, its museum and the incredible event locations that were hosted in the 2002 winter olympics. At the Olympic Park are the Long Jumps, Ariel Freestyle, Bobsled/Luge and ski slalom practice courses. Olympians are frequently practicing year round, so we will check whether anyone is practicing and go watch.
Snowshoe/Hike - 1 hour
On beautiful groomed trails through this quiet corner of Park City. With a backdrop of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains this gradual sloping trail is on loose dirt in the summer and snowpack in the winter. The hike is 1 mile, easy and will last 1 hour.
Historic Main Street - 1.5 hours
We'll take you on a tour of the Park City Mining Museum and explore the rich history of Park City's mining past. After this we’ll let you loose to explore Main Street for 1 hour and set a meeting point. Suggested sites The Egyptian Theater, Art GalleriesRocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

The Bonneville Salt Flats is like nothing else you have or probably will ever experience. The Salt is left over from a prehistoric salt water lake called Lake Bonneville, that covered much of the Utah and Nevada desert. As climates changed and the lake dried up, a large bed of salt remained.
The salt flats are a very popular tourist destination, where many come from around the world to see the sunset and take pictures of the other-worldly landscape.
The Salt Flats are probably most famous for the speed races that take place there. Nearly all the land speed records held in the planet have been set or broken at the Bonneville Salt Flats.
To reach the Salt Flats, we travel 100 miles west of Salt Lake City, close the Nevada border.

Travel through one of the most scenic mountain drives in the entire country.
We will travel from Salt Lake through Parley's Canyon into the backside of the Wasatch mountain range (known as the Wasatch Back), passing historic Park City. From there we turn south and view beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir, before eventually reaching the mountain town of Heber.
From Heber we turn West and view the incredible Deer Creek Reservoir in the shadow of Mount Timpanogos. We soon descend into Provo canyon, following a meandering river, beneath tall mountains and cliffs. Eventually we will see Bridal Veil falls, where travels (if they choose) can take the short walk to see up close.
Our return to Salt Lake starts with a drive through one of the areas most beautiful drives; The Alpine loop! Travel past Sundance Ski Resort (Founded by Robert Redford) through switch backs, up and over a mountain and back down the other side! Watch for wild mountain Goats along the way!

On this unique, adventurous experience you will get a a birds eye view of The Great Salt Lake that puts into perspective the scale and beauty of this top Utah attraction. What would take a full day to see by car, we will squeeze into an action packed 40 minute flight. The GSL is an iconic landmark and you will see views that have been constantly evolving since it’s creation during the Bonneville flood over 14,500 years ago! One of the benefits of visiting the lake by air is we have no negative ecological impact. You will see many of the animals that call the Great Salt Lake home such as elk, antelope, buffalo, deer, coyote, and even eagles. After a quick safety briefing we will get in the plane, buckle up, and begin our adventure. Half of the flight will be up high with expansive views, and the other half will be "low and slow" where you will feel like we are in a flying car.
The Bonneville Salt Flats are a unique geological wonder seen in very few places around the world. We will travel there (1.5 hour drive one-way from Salt Lake City) in a 9 person Van. We'll share some amazing geological facts about the lake, it's history and current culture. The expansive wilderness and drive to the Salt Flats is simply incredible. The Salt Flats dry in the summer and typically wet in the winter.
When wet, it's often calm, sending mirror like reflections of the mountains in the background. And in the dry season we can drive for miles along the pristine flats.

The Little Dell Recreation area provides the ultimate backdrop for participants to take some time away from their busy lives to reflect and disconnect.
During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat while sharing some tea or coffee. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice.
The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to help give participants the ultimate feeling of calm and connection.
In the last part of this experience we will take some time to reflect upon the practice and discuss some different ways in which we would like to apply the techniques learned, to our daily lives.
