Andrea's cooking is inspired by her family and her son - a formally trained French chef - they experiment vicariously through one another's cooking experiences. She strives to ensure that her food is presented attractively on the plate and finds it extremely important that taste is enhanced naturally through herbs, spices and essences. This is a unique opportunity to have Andrea introduce you to French cooking - specifically a tasting and cooking of French appetizers.
