Many Charleston Ghost Tours have big groups of 25+ - NOT HERE!! We limit our tour sizes to about 12 to keep them fun! Explore some of Charleston's enchanting alleyways and historic sites on this small group, 2-hour walking tour. With our small group tours, you are guaranteed a more intimate and up-close experience. Charleston's alleyways are fortunately located within the popular historic district which allows us to include some well known points of interest and go a little "off the beaten path” while exploring the history and beauty of Charleston's enchanting alleyways. Generally, we include between four to six different alleyways/passages as well as popular points of interest like Rainbow Row and of course, tons of history! These pedestrian passageways are often overlooked, but walking along these cobbled paths is an opportunity to appreciate Charleston's rich history and hidden, more intimate charms.

Collect paranormal evidence using our tools in a small group setting of up to twelve ghost hunters total. This is not your average ghost storytelling tour, this is an interactive experience to learn the history of Charleston by being part of the story. You'll collect paranormal evidence, hear histories of Charleston and then receive all recorded data from all ghost hunters in your investigation. This includes videos, audio, along with any visuals and screenshots used to verify paranormal captures. An Estes Method will also be performed during your investigation, a very interesting and new method of ghost hunting. When booking, please provide a texting phone number. All guests receive a text with meeting point and parking instructions on the morning of their investigation. This also allows guests to receive all the recorded data/evidence from their investigation (provided the following day).

On this tour, the boat ride through Folly Beach's most pristine marshlands is a must do and an adventure in itself. Along the way, your captain will teach you about our local estuary and the wildlife that inhabit it. You will get to see many variety of birds and other sea creatures including our resident bottlenose dolphins!
