You will pick up the electric bikes at our store and receive brief training and directions on where you can go on this self guided ride.  Then you will enjoy riding an electric bike along the coastline in Carlsbad for 3 hours.  Check out the surfers and the waves crashing on the beach.  The bike lane parallels the beach for approximately 6 miles and then continues through the quaint little towns.  There are plenty of places to stop along with way and sit on the beach, shop or get a bite to eat.

This full-day bike experience has many shops and places to explore. Get ready for white-sand beaches, meditation gardens, canyon hiking, unique stops, and local history. We also include tasty restaurant options. The tour is a cell phone-guided tour. The map on your phone will show you the steps and the route we recommend. It will also show your position along the route, so you won’t get lost. When you get close to a scheduled stop, your app tour guide will share information, history and stories with you. Do not forget your earbuds or earphones for the best audio enjoyment. Our rental bikes come with a phone holder on the handlebar for your phone and a USB port to keep your phone charged from the bike's power source. Bring your phone charging cord and a nylon windbreaker with you even in the summer. It can get chilly along the coastal route.

All of our bikes have different levels of pedal assist, as well as different options for using a throttle. We have bikes suitable for riders 5'0" and taller, but we also have options for children! We have two (2) Rad Power Radwagon cargo bikes which have seats for up to two children. Additionally, we have child seats for children up to 45 pounds that can be installed on our electric bikes. Our tour guides have extensive knowledge of the North County area about local cuisine, beer and wine options, artisans, art galleries, local surf spots, and so much more. Our private surf lessons are taught at Fletchers Cove in Solana Beach with trained professionals. Each lesson is 1.5-2 hours and comes with a private experienced professional instructor. Water safety is our number one priority!

I’m an experienced surfer from Encinitas who wants to share the epic experience of surfing with you. I teach lessons for beginners to intermediate surfers. My goal is that you are having fun, feel confident, and fully embrace the unique experience that surfing is. By the end of the lesson you will have surfed some of your first waves as well as gained a greater knowledge of the ocean.

We set sail on a 45 foot, teak filled sailing yacht- Named, Song of David. One of the largest and most comfortable sailboats in the Oceanside harbor.
