Jozani Forest is a feast of discoveries of flora and fauna unique to Zanzibar. A site guide will show you all types of tress that are found in that area. You will see monkeys, including the rare red monkeys found only in Zanzibar, playing in the trees very nearby and may see rare birds or an anteater shuffling through the brush. You will visit mangroves and learn about their importance to the eco system. At the spice farm a guide will point out natural spices that you can taste. You will see the butterfly climber who climbs a coconut tree. After that there will be a short break to taste sesonal fruits. A unique feature of all of our tours is that just by booking with us, you will be helping to support our local charities focused on educating underpriviledged women and children.
