At the cider house you will taste an excellent Basque traditional menu usually comprised of salt cod in an omelette or fried with green peppers and a charcoal-grilled beef rib chop. We pick you up at your hotel and head first to Añana Salt Valley, where we will learn everything about the traditional way of producing the 'white gold' from local experts (visit lasts around 1.5 hours). Later we will go to Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital of the Basque autonomic region. After lunch there, we will go sightseeing, admiring the medieval old town on top of a hill among other spots (total visit time around 2 hours). At around 17:00pm we will head back to San Sebastian and drop you off at your hotel.

In the morning, we will meet in the Añana Salt Valley, located east of Vitoria-Gasteiz, where we will get to know salt, nature's only edible stone, and its properties. It includes salt tasting. Following this, transfer to Vitoria-Gasteiz and lunch at a traditional restaurant. In the afternoon, we will go to the Cathedral of Santa Maria of Gothic style and located in the highest part of the hill in which the primitive city was settled on the village of "Gasteiz".
