Our teachers are passionate local artists with extensive experience in outdoor painting. During the tour we will pass by such emblematic places as the Plaza de la Merced, where Picasso was born, the Alcazaba, an Arab fortress from the 11th century, or the Parque de Málaga which houses botanical species from the 5 continents. The route is gentle, pleasant and always sunny. In total we will walk approximately 3 sections of 5 minutes each. We provide you with the kit of materials in a bag, so that you can go comfortably. You can take your watercolors as a souvenir or even use them as postcards to send to your friends from Malaga. You can do this activity as a family. This walk takes us to the limestone gorge of the Tajo del Abanico "The Fan"
We head out from Ronda, through holm oak woodland and to an isolated mediaeval cobblesone pathway. The pathway leads us into the Tajo del Abanico gorge where we find a low cave and the huge, fan-shaped rock which gives the gorge its name. We make a circuit back to the start on a twisting track through forest alongside more limestone cliffs.
